Started at Moulali in 1996

The team behind these centres has been at the forefront of computer education in West Bengal since 1996, when they launched the very first YCTC at Moulali, Kolkata. Partnering with the state government, they have grown this network to 17 centres across 12 districts — from Coochbehar to Dakshin Dinajpur to South 24 Parganas — with every centre following the same curriculum, fees, and examination standards set by the Government.

How to Apply

Choose Your Course
Browse our courses and select the one that matches your interest and eligibility. Certificate courses require minimum age 12; some courses require Class 10 or 10+2.

Visit Your Nearest Centre
Collect the Application Form from your nearest YCTC centre. Read the prospectus carefully to confirm your eligibility before applying.

Submit Application in Person
The Application Form must be submitted in person at the respective Youth Computer Training Centre. Bring a valid ID proof and passport photo.

Pay First Instalment & Start
Pay the admission instalment to confirm your seat. Your Identity Card will be issued at admission. Classes begin as per centre schedule.

Rules & Regulations

  • Maintain punctuality in attending theory & practical classes.
  • Minimum 75% attendance required to appear in examinations.
  • Minimum 30% aggregate marks in all modular examinations required for certification.
  • Identity Card must be carried to the institute at all times.
  • Diploma course students cannot downgrade to a Certificate course mid-course.
  • Ineligible candidates may be expelled with no fee refund.
General Eligibility

Open to Indian citizens. Minimum age: 12 years. No upper age limit for most courses. Some courses (CCAD, CWD, CBM, DMA) require 10+2 or Diploma in Engineering. Check individual course pages for specific requirements.
